Currently we are only set up to ship online orders using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail, and/or 2 day Priority Mail. For large quantity orders, or for orders needing a tracking number/special handling please call or fax your order specifying your preferences.

Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, as such we will be happy to refund the full purchase price for resalable product. Should you decide that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it and receive a credit for 100% of the purchase price, less the original shipping. Please make returns within 30 days of accepting delivery of your order.
To help us serve you better please provide a reason for the return. We recommend that all returns be shipped via a carrier with a delivery receipt for your records. We apologize that we can not credit you for shipping on your original order, unless there was an error on our part. In which, please contact us within 10 days to arrange for a shipping credit. Please package all items with care, as we can not credit you for damaged merchandise.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of accepting delivery so that we can take care of the shipping.
Regretfully, we can only issue a store credit for returns made beyond 30 days, and we can not accept any returns beyond 180 days.
Returns on Large Quantity Orders
Please contact us directly prior to shipping so we can help arrange the most efficient shipping method. Be advised that there maybe a 15% re-stocking fee for the return of large orders to cover the additional costs of processing the return. This fee will be waived if you choose a store credit rather than a refund for your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
